All souls have free will.
What they do with that free will is up to them.
They can direct it into the light
and follow the light,
or they can choose the way of darkness
and grope their way in that:
It is simply up to each individual.

The divine spark is within each individual
but it needs to be drawn out
and fanned into a flame in so many souls.
It has to be recognised before anything can be done with it.

Wake up from your slumbers,
recognise the divinity within you;
nurture it
and allow it to grow and flourish

A seed has to be planted in the soil before it can grow.
It has within it all its potential
but that potential remains dormant
until it is given the right conditions
in which to grow and develop.

You each have within you the kingdom of heaven;
but unless you wake up to the fact
and start searching for it
you will not find it,
and there it will remain.

Now do please understand this piece of instruction, for it is not always correctly imparted. Know the work sometimes referred to as macrobiotics, the works of Michio Kushi, and add this piece of knowledge. You CANNOT import that which is native to one country and make it the basis of the healing food of another.

Whatever nature of herbs are needed to heal the body when it expresses any illness, they are grown within one hundred miles of the body. When the body is healthy, and these foods are taken in variety, not taken at every meal as if they were addiction, but rotated, then these foods become maintenance, preventative medicine to the body. Resurrect the understanding of these forms of Macrobiotics and Ayurvedic living, not medicine, not healing, but living wholeness.

“For in the introduction of a plant, not so much the planting of the seed in the soil, you see, but the working with the hands and the face, particularly in the transplanting of the young starts into the Earth and the watering of these, in a sense this is a participation in a birth, a first breath, a refreshing breath of a plant and releases a burst of oxygen into the self and the face. 

If we could describe it, it is more than that. It is participation with the plant in its work and its purpose, its life purpose, if you will. There is the symbiotic relationship between the human and the plant and in your healing of it and the soil. The soil and the plant in turn heal the self, the body, and even the breathing. 

For the symbiotic relationship depends a great deal upon your breathing upon the plant as you put it into the soil, giving forth the carbon dioxide, to put it in simple terms. But more effectively perhaps, the breathing of your attitude upon the plant in introducing it to life and the opportunity for expression. 

In this moment of tenderness between the planter and the planted, there is exchange of vital energies for the healing of both, but in opposite directions. As you give forth that which is released from your body and which stimulates the life of the plant, so the life of the plant in turn gives forth its excess in oxygen, if you will, but more appropriately, in the full breath returning to the human that which is given in love from one to the other and is the most vital of the healing processes.”

Great Soul! You have come into this Earth plane in times of great change. Never cease pouring your love into this world, as it is now more than ever greatly needed. You shall Love your Source, yourself and others equalty with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the Great Law. My Love to you shall never cease to exist for the cords that weave through us can never be broken for we are all one and the same. As I Love you I Love All.

"For Love, Love alone can heal, does heal, and is the great healer. When you have so much Love, so much caring in your heart that you could extend your hand to another with your consciousness, more, much more involved and concerned with the other than with yourself, all the power that is yours, the Chi, the Qi, the Life Force, the Vitality that is in you will flow into that other, and to the extent that they are prepared to receive, they will be healed."

“Heal the soil and heal yourself. Heal the Earth and heal the body which comes from the Earth and which was born, which was created from the Earth with the natural interdependence of the life which springs from it….The attitude of mankind has developed over these last few periods or centuries to a tendency within the individuals to think of the soil as dirt or dirty. What a symptom of man’s losing of his relationship of appreciation with the Earth….. Begin to become in harmony with life, the soul and the Earth. Of, you’ve yet to sufficiently appreciate the ability of the Earth to protect those in harmony with her, and if each could learn that lesson, those wherever they are about the face of the Earth, those even in zones which are so subject to violence of the Earth Changes, those who build a sufficient symbiotic relationship with the Earth on which they live, that they heal Her are protected by Her, even in Her times of disruption that are the results of the scarring of the introduction of diseases to Her skin, and Her surface and Her systems, yet Her own immune system protects itself and those who participate in the building of it and even in the most dramatic times of change, which are fast approaching.

Then make your life and your harmony with the Earth, such that you become sufficient on your land, that you build a harmony with that and an ability to live on that which you produce. Become less dependent upon ecomomic systems that reach out beyond your relationship with the land, but let yourself form a harmony with it that gives you an independence from the artifical systems out there, and so be prepared in your relationship to survive those times when others have suffered from their dependence upon taking all things, food and shelter and clothing and economic exchange from beyond that place upon which they live. Those who live in harmony find themselves not so subject to the difficulties of those changes which cut off the people who have no relaonship with their soil and no participation in provision for the survivial of their own lives because of a direct relationship with the harmony of the Earth. That is the most protection that anyone can have. Those who form healing relationships with their envionrment are protected by it, and are lifted up, as others are cut off and subjected to the upcoming Earth changes. This is the best that you can do, the highest, the most healing and most protective of self and family”

Allow the force of God to flow into you and fill you with His Presence and His Being. Allow your words to quite automatically be his words. So will your personality become one of strength, of wholeness, of confidence and of love. So you will begin to know yourself in a new way, having confidence in yourself, knowing that you are filled with love and with kindness and with power, a power over which evil has no effect and cannot befriend.

Know ye that all things that are not of God have an inability to affect that which is of God. And as you are filled with His Holiness, you become invulnerable to darkness, death, threat and evil. Then, may we offer this last simple prayer:

“I speak this day to the Highest, the Holiest and the Good in me. I speak to that in me that is capable of unconditional love, that in me that is capable of giving life. I say to you, ‘Please grow in me until I am filled with You.’ And reaching beyond that which I find in self, I reach to the source of all good in the Universe and I say, ‘I want to get to know You better. As Your Seed grows in me, I reach out to You to be filled with Your Divine Presence, and so become an incarnation of love alive, of life living, and of light shining in this world of darkness.’ And I pray that through my communion with the source of creativity, that we may become many candles about the earth creating one great Light that allows for the healing of our suffering Mother, the earth.

“We know that those who have attempted, in their hearts and in their ways, to commit deicide, those who have attempted to kill in the minds of men the Father God, have never succeeded. And those who attempted to crucify the son of God, only multiplied his presence. Now, we attempt to crucify the Mother, and in this attempt, we may come closer to accomplishing the death of an expression of God than we ever have in the past.

“Let us then as men, women and children of Earth, awaken to the need to soothe the skin of our Mother Earth, to bless her heart with our prayers and our caring, to clear the air which she must breathe of the toxins, that we may through prayer and listening find a way to eliminate from her breath. And may we live on Earth, not as parasites upon this great host being, which tolerates our presence and even provides for our needs, but rather than parasites, Lord, teach us a symbiotic relationship, that Earth may become fuller, stronger, manifest more completely, in a healthful, peaceful way, because we have lived gratefully upon her surface and placed ourselves deliberately into symbiotic relationship with our Mother host.”

We are through with this which might go out to affect, having been blessed by your hands and hearts, the consciousness of those who have ears to hear about this globe.

So let it be.

As a first step in overcoming any disease, is to take away from the disease the ability to dictate how well you feel. Make that your decision. Take away from the disease any ability to cause worry, hurt, feelings of victimisation, feelings of frustration. Take away from the disease its capacity to dictate any sense or feeling or thought or attitude toward you. Rob the dis-ease of its power over you, its ability to affect you. Become joyous, productive, living life, enjoying.

As you begin to think in such a way, creating an attitude of excitement and full participation in the world around you, of every moment, introduce into your thoughts and your life and the world around you a lot of laughter, as much as possible. Laughter from deep within you that wells up and flows out. For you will find that this laughter, this joy, this excitement, anticipation, acceptance about life, will be the most healing factor that can be experienced, that can be introduced into your plane of existence. It will stimulate and rebuild as nothing else in your world can do. It is the most essential element in beginning to rebuild what you are.

These are not merely as theorems or theses for the contemplation, but are practical, applicable experiences in the manners of the affairs and associations of each individual, if they will but be applied in the experience."
